1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our fitness programs, purchasing memberships, or accessing our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Membership Terms

• The annual group training membership is priced at $199 + tax.

• Members may attend up to two group training sessions per week.

• Sessions must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.

3. Refund Policy

QuickFit Impact Zone offers a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.

• After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Requests for refunds within the 7-day period must be submitted in writing to info@quickfitimpactzone.com.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other clients. QuickFit Impact Zone reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for any disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

5. Health & Safety

Participation in physical training involves risk. Clients are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. QuickFit Impact Zone is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

6. Facility Access and Scheduling

Class times, facility access, and program offerings are subject to change without notice. We aim to provide reasonable notice for any major changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuickFit Impact Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our programs or use of our facilities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
